IDT Ltd. has worldwide patents in relation to their product EZCDStack,
an innovative CD storage and stacking system. Intelligent Design
Systems have contracted
CMKC Group Ventures to evaluate the product and
its core design functionality and its market potentiality. IDT also
asked us to overhaul their company from a legal & commercial
development point of view and raise significant growth capital.
We firstly brought the design partners back to the table and
re-looked at the design, tooling and manufacturing challenges of
this innovative product. After redeveloping their business plan,
overhauling their brand , redesigning their marketing collateral and
corporate website the company now has a clearly defined set of
objectives to achieve and changes to implement.
CMKC Group Ventures has
been adopted by the board of IDT to be the commercial direction and
project management company for its futire growth and expansion
plans. CMKC has advised on a new shareholders agreement to be put in
place along with full board restructuring, to clean the company up
for new investores to come on board. CMKC has also used its network
of connections to get firm commitment of interest in the
distribution and licensing of the product into Europe, Australia and
the US.
